As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape the core Scribd experience in an AI‑driven world, defining how readers discover and engage with content that adds real value to their lives.

The Work

The Essentials

8+ years of product design experience.

Curiosity and collaborative mindset.

Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.

An appetite for solving complex problems.

The Application

Resume with 6+ years experience designing complex, consumer‑facing products.

Portfolio with 2–3 case studies that demonstrate measurable impact and a convincing point of view.

Compensation Base pay is part of your total compensation package and varies by location. For example, in San Francisco the range is $118,000–$184,000; in other U.S. markets it is $97,000–$175,000; in Canada the range is $123,500–$164,000 CAD. The role also includes competitive equity, a comprehensive benefits plan, and additional perks.

Working at Scribd, Inc. Primary residence must be in or near one of our office locations in the United States, Canada, or Mexico. We support flexible work arrangements and require occasional in‑person attendance for all employees.
