Business Development Analyst – Marketing Technology, CRM & E-Marketing The Business Development Analyst will work closely with the Business Development Manager – Marketing Technology, CRM & E-Marketing to support and advance the firm’s CRM & E‑Marketing initiatives as part of our Marketing Technology strategy. Responsibilities include project management, analysis, training, implementation, and communications, delivering CRM & E‑Marketing projects that support both Business Development’s strategic objectives and individual partner goals. The position is based in our New York office and may offer a hybrid, flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Actively champion the firm’s CRM system by organizing training sessions, creating clear user guides, and providing continuous support, empowering staff to maximize the system’s capabilities.

Serve as a key contact for assigned regions, offering guidance and support in CRM management and e‑marketing activities.

Manage and execute e‑marketing campaigns for assigned regions, from delivery to performance analysis.

Support data analysis and develop powerful, compelling reports and presentations that summarize analytics for leadership and support strategic decision‑making.

Support internal communications and collaboration to ensure program value and revenue‑goal alignment, working closely with Business Development teams across the firm.

Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information retained by Latham & Watkins.

Qualifications

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a methodical work approach.

Display solid written and verbal communication skills, including effective interpersonal communication and interaction with all organizational levels.

Exhibit familiarity with large data sets, databases, and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting business development or marketing initiatives.

Pay Range $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year.
