as a Strategic Engagements Executive in the Telco, Media, Entertainment, Gaming, and Sports space. As a Strategic Engagements Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying business opportunities, qualifying them, and driving value-based sales engagements. The role focuses on business development, opportunity qualification, and articulating the impact of solutions on business outcomes. Responsibilities

Outbound sales motions to develop new client opportunities, defined as new clients, buyers, or services. Develop and manage a territory of clients aligned to a specific industry or portfolio of service offerings. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities. Create client opportunity briefs that position services within a client’s ecosystem through research, networking, and industry liaison. Qualify sales opportunities based on client needs, strategic fit, and revenue potential, and develop leads through our 8-stage sales process. Engage in channel partnership sales with AWS, GCP, OCI, and Nvidia. Articulate the business value of solutions, aligning offerings with client objectives and market trends. Negotiate strategic elements of the opportunity to meet commercial targets. Successfully close deals and hand off to delivery partners. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and drive client success. About You

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Technical certifications in relevant technology stacks (AWS/GCP/OCI/Nvidia). 4+ years of successful sales, business development, or client solutions experience with at least 80% forecast attainment. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building client relationships and repeat customers and referrals. Experience with collaboration technology (Miro, Figma, Google Slides) and business development tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gartner, Forester). Experience with SaaS CRM software (Salesforce). Knowledge of custom software, SaaS integration, SaaS customization, cloud migration, data, and automation. Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills. Experience in opportunity qualification and value-based selling. Relationship building, stakeholder management, negotiation, and deal closing skills. Not a Must, But a Plus

Excellent communication skills and the ability to use AI-powered assistants for content creation. Ability to assess client needs and translate them into actionable sales strategies. Benefits

Monks provides a compensation range that represents a good faith estimate of what the role may pay. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status. Salary Range: $150,000 – $170,000 USD.
