As our Orthopedic Product Marketing Manager, you will be the voice of ROMTech’s orthopedic rehabilitation solutions in the marketplace. This role owns the positioning, messaging, and differentiation of our orthopedic portfolio, ensuring that surgeons, physical therapists, payers, and patients understand the clinical and economic value of our technology.
Working cross-functionally with Clinical Communications, Creative, Demand Generation, and Market Engagement, you will translate outcomes into compelling value stories, create sales enablement tools, and support campaigns that drive adoption in orthopedic practices and health systems.
Please note this is an onsite position in Clearwater, FL.
Key Responsibilities
Define and continuously refine the positioning, messaging, and value propositions for ROMTech’s orthopedic rehab solutions. Translate clinical outcomes into customer-ready narratives for surgeons, PTs, payers, and patients. Ensure consistency of orthopedic messaging across all materials and channels. Create targeted one-pagers, payer packets, presentations, and playbooks for Sales and Market Engagement teams. Develop objection-handling briefs and competitive battlecards specific to orthopedic rehab. Train Sales and Market Engagement on how to use orthopedic-specific messaging and materials. Partner with orthopedic surgeons, PTs, and advisory boards to understand market needs and gather insights. Use feedback from CABs and KOLs (provided via Clinical Communications) to adjust messaging and tools. Support provider-focused events, workshops, and conferences with orthopedic-specific positioning. Collaborate with Demand Generation and Digital Marketing to ensure orthopedic campaigns are fueled with the right narratives and assets. Align messaging for orthopedic physician outreach, field events, and patient education campaigns. Partner with Creative to ensure materials are visually compelling, on-brand, and accessible. Work with Clinical Communications to ensure orthopedic claims are accurate and evidence-based. Collaborate with Payer Engagement to support payer packet distribution and adoption in orthopedic rehab coverage discussions. Serve as the subject-matter expert on orthopedic rehab within Marketing. Deep understanding of orthopedic care pathways, PT/rehab workflows, and payer dynamics. Proven ability to translate clinical evidence into commercial messaging. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field 5+ yearsof product marketing or commercial experience in medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals. Orthopedic experience strongly preferred. Track record of building sales enablement tools and market-facing collateral. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools. Experience working with clinical affairs, payer access, or sales teams a plus. Success Metrics
Consistency and adoption of orthopedic messaging by Sales, Market Engagement, and PR. Utilization and effectiveness of orthopedic sales tools in driving provider adoption. Contribution to pipeline growth from orthopedic campaigns. Positive feedback from orthopedic surgeons, PTs, and field teams. Evidence of improved payer/provider traction in orthopedic rehab market segment.
