Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It) You’ll own scriptwriting for our portfolio of B2B clients, directly impacting their lead generation and brand authority. The Role: Content Scriptwriter Core Responsibilities:
1. Script Creation & Strategy
Own the scriptwriting process for long‑form YouTube videos (2.5‑hour target per script)
Write short‑form content scripts for platforms like Instagram (45‑min target per script)
Craft hooks that stop the scroll and openings that command attention
Structure narratives that maintain viewer curiosity and guide them toward conversion
2. Research & Brand Alignment
Conduct in‑depth market and competitor research for each client
Study client brand guidelines and maintain their unique voice across all content
Use logic, claims, and strategic storytelling to build credibility
Stay current on YouTube trends and content best practices
3. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Meet deadlines consistently with a 95%+ on‑time delivery rate
Maintain near‑zero error rates through attention to detail
Leverage AI tools to enhance research and writing efficiency
Assist in building SOPs and playbooks for content
Actively work to improve your craft and speed
Who You Are: Non‑Negotiables & Must‑Haves Deal‑Makers (You Need All of These): ✅
