Product Marketing Manager, Brand Safety and Suitability
Responsibilities
Set the go‑to‑market strategy for TikTok’s brand safety and suitability solutions.
Partner closely with sales leadership, product management, third‑party partners, and business marketing to assess gaps and develop strategic direction for the proprietary suite.
Bring together cross‑functional stakeholders to execute plans and align with senior product leadership.
Understand market trends, the competitive landscape, and impact on advertisers, agencies, and partners.
Define long‑term objectives and craft clear product value propositions.
Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans and create sales enablement content.
Collaborate with the sales team and clients to synthesize market needs, pain points, and influence product roadmap.
Leverage TikTok’s advertising and brand safety/suitability products to achieve customer goals.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree or higher.
3+ years of product marketing or product management experience with digital ad products.
1+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry.
Strong knowledge of brand safety and suitability (preferred).
Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes.
Ability to craft compelling narratives and simplify marketing messaging for diverse audiences.
Fast learner with strong judgment and original thinking.
Commercial mindset and experience building business cases from market research and analysis.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Compensation The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103,200–$180,445 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan with company match; parental leave; disability coverage; life insurance; well‑being benefits; and paid time off. The company reserves the right to modify or change benefits programs at any time.
