Marketing Management Trainee Program This full-time program is based in Fort Worth, TX, with an option for one remote workday per week. It provides a comprehensive introduction to the dynamic world of freight transportation marketing.
Responsibilities:
Gaining Knowledge:
Understand the Marketing department, BNSF network, and internal systems & applications within the Customer Support Department before transitioning to a specialized Marketing unit (Industrial, Agricultural, or Consumer Products).
Customer Relations:
Act as the primary contact for customers, serving as an intermediary and educator about BNSF offerings. Address and resolve daily service issues to protect customer interests.
Analysis and Problem Solving:
Conduct analyses to identify systematic issues and respond to customer inquiries related to billing, scheduling, and equipment.
Process Improvement:
Provide feedback for the development of service and system enhancements to improve business processes and marketing strategies.
Workflow Management:
Coordinate workflows and manage time effectively to meet customer needs.
Leadership and Teamwork:
Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, clear communication, adaptability, and resilience to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Training: Orientation in Fort Worth, TX, including company overview and networking with leaders, followed by project support and practical training within the department.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.
No sponsorship needed for work authorization.
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management from an accredited university.
Minimum GPA of 2.75.
Less than three years of professional work experience, excluding internships and part-time jobs during studies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior internship or less than 3 years of work experience in related fields.
Leadership experience in campus, community, or extracurricular activities.
Pursuing a degree in Marketing (B2B) or Industrial Engineering.
