Job Description: SolidWorks Designer
Location: Claremore, Oklahoma

Job Summary As a SolidWorks Designer, you will play a crucial role in our product development process. Using your expertise in 3D CAD software and CNC programming, you will design and engineer high‑quality parts and components that are essential to our innovative product line. Your attention to detail and technical skills will be instrumental in bringing our ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
Design and model parts and products using SolidWorks 3D CAD software
Program CNC machines to manufacture designed components
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure designs meet engineering and production requirements
Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
Stay up-to-date with the latest design software, tools, and industry trends
Qualifications
Proficient in SolidWorks 3D CAD software
Experienced in CNC programming and operation
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, innovative environment
Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
Working Conditions This position is based in our modern manufacturing facility in California. You will work a standard 40‑hour week, with the potential for occasional overtime as needed to meet production deadlines. The work environment involves a mix of office and shop floor duties, with some exposure to machinery and physical labor.
Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive hourly rate of $30 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
