Role We are seeking a
Founding Product Marketing Lead
to define and drive their go-to-market strategy from the ground up.
What You\'ll Do As the first Product Marketing hire, you\'ll play a pivotal role in shaping the company\'s narrative, positioning, and customer engagement strategy. You\'ll work closely with the CEO, Product, and Sales teams to bring the product to market and build a strong foundation for growth.
Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to key customer personas.
Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and feature rollouts.
Conduct competitive and market research to inform product strategy and differentiation.
Translate complex technical features into clear, compelling benefits for both technical and executive audiences.
Create sales enablement content including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and case studies.
Collaborate with Growth and Demand Gen teams to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
Represent the company in webinars, blog content, and industry events as a thought leader.
What We\'re Looking For
5+ years
of experience in product marketing, with at least
2+ years in early-stage startups .
Cybersecurity experience
- you understand the needs of CISOs, security engineers, and enterprise security teams.
Proven ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning for B2B SaaS products.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams.
Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
Nice to Have
Background in security engineering or technical product management.
Experience marketing to enterprise buyers or regulated industries.
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their application in cybersecurity.
