We're seeking a patient‑focused technician to deliver life‑changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients.

Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8‑hour shifts scheduled during our hours of operation, 7am‑7pm.

Location:

Will be based primarily in our Anchorage center but may be required to provide coverage in other area centers. Reliable transportation is required to travel between centers.

Your Role

Provide comprehensive patient care:

Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.

Ensure patient well‑being and accurate record‑keeping:

Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check‑in, check‑out, and financial procedures.

Support operational efficiency:

Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification, combined with substantial relevant work experience in direct patient care. Stable and consistent work history.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in psychology or any human services related major; AND at least one combined year of work or internship experience, required. Preference for healthcare or behavioral health experience.

Technical & Clinical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD preferred). Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required. Strong grasp appropriate patient/provider boundaries required. Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).

Physical & Other Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable transportation to travel between centers is required.

Benefits Statement Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company‑paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company‑paid short‑term disability and long‑term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non‑exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full‑time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual.
