to join our showroom sales team! As a leading direct importer and distributor of home interior products, we take pride in providing an exceptional shopping experience through
outstanding service, vast product selection, and expert guidance . Mosaic’s products include:
vanities, plumbing, lighting, tile, stone, luxury vinyl, and hardwood flooring
from top suppliers & manufacturers to deliver the best quality products for all styles and budgets.
Headquartered in Chantilly, VA, Mosaic operates
nine locations
across Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina, as well as a Central Service Center in Doswell, VA. Since 1972, we have been guided by our motto: Everything Matters — ensuring that every detail contributes to an outstanding customer experience.
What You\'ll Do:
Engage with customers
in our showroom to understand their needs and help select the best home interior products for their projects.
Utilize strong sales techniques
to guide customers toward the right purchase while providing expert product knowledge.
Build lasting relationships
with homeowners, contractors, and builders to encourage repeat business and referral clientele.
Provide top-notch customer service , helping clients feel confident in their selections and purchase decisions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and participate in promotional activities .
Keep the showroom organized and visually appealing
to enhance the shopping experience.
Collaborate with team members
to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
Handle transactions, process and coordinate sales , ensuring a seamless experience from selection to delivery, and manage customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
What We\'re Looking For:
Outgoing, personable, and sales-driven , with a passion for customer service.
Comfortable building and maintaining relationships
with customers and industry professionals.
A self-motivated team player
who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience in consultative sales , including upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Strong ability to educate customers
on product benefits and solutions.
Proven track record in sales, with a closing mentality .
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
to assist customers in making the best choices.
Ability to confidently represent the Mosaic brand
and its commitment to quality.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook .
Minimum of three years of retail, showroom, or sales experience , preferably in home improvement or related industries.
A dedication to delivering the "Mosaic Experience"—outstanding service and product expertise.
