at Kohler Co. is an onsite role at the Kohler Signature Store in Charleston. This position focuses on developing relationships with trade professionals and homeowners to drive top-line sales through effective relationship-building and targeted activities. Location:

Onsite - Charleston, SC Responsibilities

Leverage Salesforce to manage customer relationships, interactions, leads and opportunities to demonstrate an accurate pipeline. Develop new relationships and business to meet and exceed sales goals. Conduct daily follow-up with customers, quotes and leads to generate and close business. Engage in strategic outreach to develop and grow the client base. Network with the professional trade through associations, meetings and events; including in-store events. Provide high quality customer service to scheduled appointments and walk-in traffic. Deliver a gracious customer experience and achieve strong results; target Net Order and Net Sales; measure team success via Net Promoter Score (NPS). Administer the sales process to ensure timely and accurate completion of all sales (quotes and paperwork). Develop repeat sales, new relationships, and future business through strategic plans and tracking of interactions, quotes, and opportunities. Follow up on leads to generate new business; market to current and potential customers; participate in planning and execution of in-store events. Maintain a well-organized and aesthetically pleasing environment; balance exceptional service with company interests. Targets

Drive sales to meet and exceed individual and team sales plans. Provide prompt and friendly service to every customer; track and follow up on outstanding quotes. Develop and execute marketing plans for current and potential customers. Participate in in-store events and foster a team mentality. Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years prior sales experience; experience in high-end sales/service preferred. Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong preference for prior experience in interior or architectural design or luxury retail. Ability to communicate product and design solutions clearly and timely; articulate why to buy from Kohler. College degree or certificate in architecture or interior design preferred. Benefits

Day 1 benefits are available from the first day on the job. The hourly range for this position is $19.70 - $24.60, with the specific rate influenced by experience, education, and location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k. EEO / About Kohler
