We’re looking for a Civil Designer to join our growing team in Decatur, GA. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in civil site design and AutoCAD Civil 3D, even if you don’t have a traditional engineering degree. If you take pride in your craft, communicate with clarity, and show up with care—you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
Design and draft site development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Collaborate on grading, drainage, erosion control, and utility layouts
Translate redlines and engineer inputs into accurate, construction‑ready documents
Work side‑by‑side with engineers and project managers to deliver quality with speed and clarity
Help push projects forward from concept to construction with care and accountability
What You Bring
2–5 years of civil site development or land development design experience
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
Understanding of grading, drainage, stormwater, and site layout
A proactive mindset with a sharp eye for detail
Ability to work on‑site in Decatur, GA part of the week (hybrid available after onboarding)
