Overview
Up Closets is seeking a client-facing Sales & Design Consultant to conduct in-home consultations, guide homeowners through the design process, and help bring their dream spaces to life. This is a commission-based position with earnings tied directly to sales performance. Responsibilities
Meet with clients to understand storage needs and preferences Design custom closets and spaces using company software Provide estimates and proposals for custom closet systems Collaborate with the installation team to ensure accurate and efficient installation Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the design and installation process Maintain a safe and organized work environment Follow company policies and procedures related to design and customer service Qualifications
Sales experience; design experience is a plus Proficiency with technology and design software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction Passion for design Compensation
Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr (commission-based) Benefits
