In-Home Design Consultant (Sales Representative)

Sales Representative
This is a full-time outside sales position. Your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. You are not responsible for generating your own leads, as we have a rigorous pre-qualification process that prepares our sales reps for success.
Your main focus is on selling; we handle order processing and post-sale changes. You will learn our products and training process within the first 90 days and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers who need our solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad.
Participate in ongoing weekly sales training sessions.
Design new baths using our proprietary iPad software.
Present pricing and close sales daily.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Confidence and poise in public speaking.
Ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined.
Ability to work independently.
Outgoing and articulate, thriving in social settings.
Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
