NO PER DIEM OFFERED Job Overview: As a Mechanical/Piping Designer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of mechanical systems and components. You will utilize your expertise in CAD software and engineering principles to create detailed technical drawings and plans for various projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about precision engineering and innovation. Duties: Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, Cadworx, and Naviswork. Collaborate with engineers and project teams to develop innovative solutions for mechanical components Generate schematics, assemble drawings, and build models to support project requirements Conduct thorough analysis and testing of designs to ensure functionality and efficiency Work on projects involving NavisWorks for coordination and clash detection Experience: Proven experience in mechanical design, preferably in a similar industry Proficiency in CAD software AutoCAD, Cadworx, and Naviswork. Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and best practices Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Experience with building complex assemblies is a plus PTO – 108 hrs/year to be accrued weekly; Can be used, rolled over, or paid out 401(k) – 100% match up to 3% of contributions and 50% match of 4-5% contributions Health, Vision, Dental – BlueCrossBlue Shield options; HSA/FSA available
