We’re hiring a Native Media Buyer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing, out‑of‑the‑box thinking, creative storytelling, and data analysis — and who’s ready to get hands‑on with real campaigns from day one.
What You’ll Do
Assist in setting up and managing native ad campaigns across platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, and Revcontent
Research ad trends, competitors, angles, and audience behavior
Help brainstorm and create compelling ad copy, headlines, and hooks
Collaborate with designers on visuals (or even create them yourself, if you’re hands‑on)
Monitor campaign performance and support daily optimizations
Contribute to A/B tests for creatives, copy, and landing pages
Learn best practices around tracking, attribution, and campaign strategy
Grow into taking ownership of your own campaigns as you gain experience
Requirements
Experience or interest in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid media
Strong interest in performance‑driven growth, and creative experimentation
Comfortable with numbers and analyzing performance data
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Self‑motivated, curious, and eager to learn
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
Strong copywriting skills — you can write engaging headlines and ad copy
An eye for design or experience creating ads (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
A “creative vibe” — you enjoy thinking up new ideas, angles, and storytelling approaches
Familiarity with native platforms like Taboola/Outbrain or affiliate‑style marketing
Experience with tools like Voluum, RedTrack, or Google Analytics
