Compensation:

$150,000 to $180,000 per year.

Position Type:

Contract to Hire.

Key Responsibilities

Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data‑informed, CRO‑optimized user experiences across Launch Potato web properties.

Deliver complete, test‑ready user experiences—from concept through high‑fidelity prototypes and developer hand‑off—backed by A/B test results and user insights.

Operate independently across the design lifecycle: stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI design, and post‑test iteration.

Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics (CVR, RPS), heatmaps, and user recordings to inform and validate design direction.

Identify and proactively improve under‑performing experiences through iterative UX/CRO design using both qualitative and quantitative inputs.

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure designs align with business goals and technical constraints.

Champion and mentor design best practices, sharing knowledge and driving UX strategy across the organization.

Propose and implement design process improvements that enhance experimentation velocity and design scalability.

Qualifications

8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or conversion rate optimization environments.

Expertise in data‑informed design focused on optimizing key metrics such as conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session (RPS).

Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite.

Hands‑on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO.

Excellent communication skills; able to present design rationale to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Total Compensation & Benefits Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. The compensation package includes a base salary, profit‑sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. As a performance‑driven company, future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost‑of‑living adjustments.
