Overview
ProSidian seeks a Customer Service Keynote/Guest Speaker for its Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) on an exempt 1099 contract basis (no overtime) with potential conversion to a full-time W-2 position. This role is generally located across the CONUS – Texas (Remote with travel or virtual) in the South Central Region, supporting education-centered state organizations that target outcomes via leadership, instruction, training, and diverse, transparent procurement practices.

Responsibilities
Deliver impactful, purpose-driven customer service speaker sessions that engage, inform, and inspire diverse audiences.
Design and deliver presentations, customize content, facilitate audience Q&A, and represent core themes aligned with customer service topics.
Provide targeted content on customer service and customer loyalty, collaborating with the Speakers Bureau to engage audiences through expert knowledge, real-world experience, or motivational storytelling.
Align messaging with event objectives to educate, inspire, and energize participants; motivate audiences with actionable guidance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree minimum; advanced degree preferred depending on topic area.
5–10 years of relevant speaking, industry, or subject experience.
Recognized subject matter expertise, excellent communication, and proven engagement outcomes.
Experience in Education/Academia sector helpful; ability to deliver value through education, inspiration, and energy for event participants.
Location & Engagement Details South Central Region; CONUS – Texas (Remote with travel or virtual). Initially the identified work site address: 1801 9th Ave N, Texas City, TX 77592. Contract Contingent or W-2; potential conversion to full-time W-2.
