The Contents team takes care of cleaning items that might be damaged by water, fire, mold, or smoke. Items that can be are removed and brought to our warehouse for a deep clean and restoration process. position will be on the front lines of restoring the community by leading others to complete projects on budget and to the industry standard. What does a Contents Project Manager with Paul Davis do?

Manage contents jobs to clean Items that are brought to the facility Coordinate the cleaning of items from fire/smoke damage - deodorization, pack-outs, and securing structure Properly document items during the pack-out process Be respectful of customers’ home, time, and property Meet operational objectives of sales, gross margin, and brand experience Track metrics during bi-weekly goal setting Confirm budget and work orders before the start of the project Ensure compliance with standards and regulations Build partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesman Work in indoor and outdoor conditions On-call monthly rotation Job Requirements Restoration/Mitigation industry experience a must IICRC certifications highly desired Degree preferred Pass a background check and drug screening Current/valid drivers license Able to lift 75 lbs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Extremely organized Benefits 3 weeks of paid time off 7 company paid holidays
