Responsibilities

Affordable housing knowledge, HUD, Project Based Section 8 and LITCH are ideal.

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, including tenant screening, lease management, rent collection and maintenance coordination

Screening potential tenants through background checks and credit reports

Negotiating lease agreements and ensuring compliance with rental terms

Conducting regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs

Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors

Setting rental rates based on market analysis

Preparing and managing property budgets

Handling eviction procedures when necessary

Advertising vacant units to attract new tenants

Showing properties to potential tenants
