Oracle Global Community Manager – KPMG US

About the Role As part of the Global Alliances Group, you will serve as the primary contact for global knowledge sharing and practice enablement across KPMG member firms.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for global knowledge sharing and practice enablement across KPMG member firms.
Drive global community engagement strategies, including town halls, newsletters, and win story dissemination to promote Oracle partnership.
Maintain the internal enablement portal, housing Oracle‑related content, case studies, and training updates.
Manage the Oracle Engagement Tracker tool to monitor wins, certifications, and engagement metrics.
Collaborate with Oracle Education Team to define training goals, promote certification pathways, and track completions.
Act as an internal advocate for Oracle solutions, supporting marketing and communication efforts to build awareness.
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications
Minimum five years of recent experience in alliance management or a related field.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant years of work experience in Oracle alliance management.
Proven experience in alliance management with strong program management and communication skills.
Proficiency in SharePoint, MS Teams, and enablement platforms; familiarity with Oracle Partner Network tools is a plus.
Ability to work across global time zones and collaborate with diverse teams; self‑starter with excellent problem‑solving skills.

Competitive salary range: $101,200 – $215,100 (California).
