UX Product Designer
with 5+ years of experience designing enterprise digital solutions. You will lead UX efforts, collaborating cross-functionally, and delivering high-quality design specs for SaaS products, while representing the user through human-centric iterative processes. Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver user-centric solutions Scope and prioritize design work balancing short-term needs and long-term goals Create user flows, prototypes, and specs that align with business and user objectives Promote consistency through design systems and contribute to team documentation Conduct UX research and apply insights to improve product experience Qualifications
5+ years of full cycle user experience including research, ideation, design, testing, implementation, evaluation & iteration Strong proficiency in Figma or equivalent tools Experience with end-to-end UX processes including user journeys, wireframes, and prototyping from low to high fidelity Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions effectively Online portfolio showcasing iterative design and problem-solving Nice to Have / Preferred
Experience designing for enterprise SaaS platforms Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards Exposure to qualitative and quantitative UX research methodologies Understanding of design thinking and agile workflows Benefits
