Ben Lang’s mindset : strategic, hungry, and able to see the whole board, not just the next move.

You’ll work directly with our founder. This role could evolve into Head of Marketing as we scale.

The Opportunity We’ve built something special: dozens of high-level entrepreneurs paying premium prices for real transformation. Now we’re ready to scale to 100+ members — and we need the right marketing mind to get us there.

You’ll Own:

Driving qualified strategy calls with our founder (your #1 KPI)

Orchestrating our entire marketing ecosystem (email, ads, content, funnels, events)

Directing a team of specialists while you focus on strategy

Launching quarterly Circle & Sip networking events for Nashville entrepreneurs

Building scalable marketing systems that don’t rely on the founder’s time

Strategy & Analysis (50% of your time):

Track where every lead comes from and what actually drives phone calls

Analyze why prospects register but don’t book calls, then fix it

Work with our ad agency weekly to optimize campaigns (you oversee, they execute)

Build marketing funnels that turn cold traffic into booked appointments

Coordination & Management (30%):

Direct our team: video editors, social manager, email specialist, automation expert

Ensure our tech actually works (with our GHL expert who handles the technical stuff)

Create monthly content calendars that align everything: podcast, email, social

Help our founder carve out time to write his next book and create strategic content

Growth Initiatives (20%):

Launch quarterly networking events in Nashville (intimate gatherings for successful entrepreneurs)

Get our founder booked on podcasts and speaking stages

Test new lead sources: YouTube ads, LinkedIn outreach, strategic partnerships

Build our email list beyond the current 3,000 subscribers

Your First 90 Days:

Month 1: Understand why we’re losing potential clients and create a fix

Month 2: Launch your first Nashville networking event

Month 3: Generate 15+ qualified phone calls with interested entrepreneurs

You won’t be:

posting on social media, cold-calling all day, or building technical systems from scratch.
