Sitework Designer 1 - The Sitework Designer 1 position requires 0-5 years of related experience and a technical degree preferred. This position requires travel 25% of the time. Sitework Designer 2 - The Sitework Designer 2 position requires 5-7 years of related experience and a technical degree preferred. This position requires travel 25% of the time. Schedule:
After working in the office for the first week or two to learn what we do, they can work remotely, except for meetings in the office or site visits. Job responsibilities include:
Producing 3D models and design drawings for sitework grading and drainage Preparing layouts and conceptual designs Reviewing vendor drawings Preparing material takeoffs Assist with cost estimates Skillsets and expertise required include knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D modeling experience (preferred), knowledge of environmental regulations such as Ga-EPD, ADEM, MDEQ, and Florida DEP, and the ability to build effective relationships with plant staff, design engineering staff, and vendors.
