Base pay range

Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, and Engineers to produce quality drawings. Make drawing edits based on markups from clients and Architects. Create and/or modify base and detailed drawings from architectural sketches and from scratch using concepts and schematics. Be relied on as a productive team member and CAD user to work a typical set of project documents from beginning to end with professional quality output that conforms to company and client standards. Be able to work on multiple projects at the same time. Follow CAD standards, QA procedures and process required credentials. This position requires proficiency in Revit and/or Bentley Software, specifically in Open Buildings, Revit, and MicroStation Connect Software. Knowledge of document management systems within ACC and ProjectWise is a plus. Taking responsibility for drawing issues and daily housekeeping in terms of digital and hard copy project file storage. Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of drafting experience specifically in concrete and steel structures. 5+ years of CAD experience in requested software. Experience using Clarity and Revizto and Navisworks is also a plus but not necessary. Prior experience with water/wastewater infrastructure. Ability to work well both independently and in a team. Attention to detail, quality work products, and client service. Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with your project teams. Experience with MS Office 365 (Email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), PDF editing (Acrobat and Bluebeam). The base salary range for this position is $58,200.00 to $90,900.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job–related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
