Responsibilities
Model HVAC, plumbing, and associated control drawings and perform elementary mechanical design of ductwork and piping systems for healthcare, education, science and technology, federal, and water/wastewater under the supervision of a Mechanical Engineer.
Route ductwork and piping and lay out HVAC and plumbing equipment in 3D model space.
Conduct short‑term field assignments at client facilities to support project work as needed.
Perform other duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
Technically qualified with 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
Competency of Microsoft Office products and communication tools.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational traits are essential.
Basic understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong computer skills in Revit MEP, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.
