Architectural Draftsman Position
Nationally franchised outdoor building company, Archadeck Outdoor Living, is seeking a residential Draftsman to create sales design drawings for its franchise network of design/builders specializing in decks, porches, patios, and other outdoor living spaces. The role involves ensuring quality construction standards and documentation for franchise owners. Responsibilities include:
Producing computer-aided 2D and 3D renderings of outdoor living spaces. Communicating with franchisees, designers, and consultants to prepare accurate sales drawings. Collaborating with peers and franchisees to understand and support their design needs. Requirements:
Experience with CAD software (SoftPlan experience is a plus). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, and specifications is desirable. Good communication and customer service skills. Benefits include:
