In-Home Design Consultant (Sales Representative)

Sales Representative, a full-time outside sales position, is responsible for developing relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. You are not responsible for generating your own leads. Before first interaction with prospective customers, 80% of the legwork is completed through our rigorous pre-qualification process to ensure reps are set up for success. Your focus is on selling; we handle the rest from processing orders to handling changes after the sale. Learn our training process and products within the first 90 days, stay true to training, and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers who need what we offer. Responsibilities
Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis during our meetings Design new bath on our proprietary iPad software Deliver price and close sales on a daily basis Qualifications
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline Ability to work independently Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings Previous sales experience preferred but not needed MUST LIVE IN MARKET AREA!
