We are currently seeking an individual with 3-8 years of full-time experience in an architectural office to join our team in Los Angeles as a Project Designer. Applicants should be experienced with, and hold a strong interest in holding a Retail-focused position.

What qualities do you believe attribute to the success of a project and team?
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a B.Arch. or M.Arch., followed by 3-8 years experience in an architectural office.
Has experience managing all aspects of high-end retail projects, with an understanding of the unique dynamics and parameters that this type of work entails.
Demonstrates a thoughtful design process with an ability to work towards design-forward solutions.
Has experience crafting and managing the development of high-level organized drawing sets for DD & CD phases, including the resolution of sophisticated custom detailing, and the coordination of consultants & building systems.
Has strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Revit is a plus.
Is familiar with building codes and obtaining agency approvals in varying jurisdictions throughout the US.
Has Construction Administration experience, with the desire and ability to travel.
Has experience leading and managing junior staff, is a plus.
Can develop detailed, complex, and organized 3D models. Experience with Enscape rendering is a plus.
