About this role: Provide support in the administration of the worldwide Sales, Consulting, Conference and Sales Specialist Compensation Plans. You will perform recurring monthly processes as well as ad-hoc processes regarding Compensation Plan documents and projects regarding bookings data, revenue performance, commission earnings and annual sales awards attainment. Complete recurring and ad-hoc manual tasks for processes not systematically automated, frequent use of Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Word, PowerBI Identify and research inconsistencies in the compensation plans to determine root causes and offer proposals for remediation Interact with VC leadership to explain and assist in the understanding of sales performance, documentation and commission calculations Occasionally produce Ad-hoc analyses for Variable Compensation Leadership and various business partners Collaborate between multiple financial, sales, and operational departments Coordinate and complete additional projects as requested What you will need
Professional development, relevant college coursework, specialized certifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – PowerBI (End User), Word, OneDrive, Excel Understanding of SQL, basic query writing and use of pre-written templates Strong problem-solving skills, curious mindset Comfortable working with large data sets from multiple sources Ability to understand compensation plan elements Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective listening skills Willingness to take the initiative and accept new projects in proactive manner Excellent organization & time management skills Who you are

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 49,000 USD - 68,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
