Overview
Healthcare Marketing and Sales Representative. This role serves as a liaison between the agency, referral partners, patients, and families to connect patient needs with available services. The position aims to grow agency revenue through admission growth from existing and new referral sources. This is an ideal role for someone with healthcare marketing or sales experience, or a nurse or social worker seeking to stay in healthcare while pursuing a new career path. Responsibilities
Coordinate services and resources between the agency and referral partners to ensure that patients receive high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care. Form meaningful relationships with referral partners and educate them and the community on home health, home care, and home provider care. Execute effective sales calls to physicians, skilled nursing facilities and other providers to meet the needs of referral sources and increase market share, articulating competitive advantages, agency product lines and Medicare guidelines. Promote agency home care services to address the needs of clients referred by Trust Officers, Elder Law Attorneys, Wealth Managers and other professionals within the assigned market. Promote the agency through positive representation and clear communication of available services. Advocate for agency home care services within the professional health care community. Serve as an advocate for home care clients and their families. Qualifications and Requirements
Previous experience in sales, marketing, communications, nursing, or related field. Self-directed with the ability to relate to and work well with others. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to acquire knowledge of the agency policies and programs. Ability to work within the industry and public to preserve good agency public relations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate existing and potential referral partners on agency initiatives. Preferences
Bachelor’s degree or Licensed Registered Nurse Experience in Medicare-certified home health, private duty home care or hospice. Prior experience with customer-relationship software. Sales executives with positive relationships with health care providers within the assigned territory are strongly encouraged to apply. Full Time Benefits Include
