Designer-I
to support both internal and external customers through data entry, project coordination, and cross-departmental communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed project records. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to initiate and complete service-related projects. Support the preparation of project packets, payment tracking, and service installation scheduling. Communicate professionally via email, phone, and collaborative platforms. Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and other business systems for daily tasks. Collaborate with a small core team and interface with a broad group of designers and business units. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision. Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset. Familiarity with Adobe tools; experience with Bluebeam is a plus. Preferred Background Educational or professional background in design, business, accounting, construction management, or GIS. Experience with mapping or design systems (e.g., Smallworld) is a plus. Seniority level
