Responsibilities
Welcome and greet customers.
Learn the Roche Bobois collections and present them to clients.
Apply Roche Bobois policies and key information needed to sell.
Use 3D software tools for projects.
Follow up with leads professionally.
Be on house calls when required.
Meet personal monthly sales goal.
Factory Purchases Follow Up
Place purchase orders to factories and manage follow-up.
Provide updates to clients when needed.
Customer Service
Coordinate with the customer service department to resolve customer issues.
Be service oriented and follow up with clients on service requests.
Update store tagging (prices, special promotion).
Assist in preparing showroom settings under store manager supervision.
Report required store improvements to store manager and assist in resolution.
Required Skills and Personal Attributes
2 years’ experience in retail sales in furniture industry.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
High-end attitude and presentation, confident, passionate, proactive, creative, team player, quick learner.
Ability to build relationships and passion for connecting with others.
20/20 or 3D design software knowledge is a plus.
Interest in design furniture & art industry.
Eligible to work in the US.
Interior design degree or certificate a plus.
