Interior Design Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Position Overview:
The
Interior Design Project Manager
will oversee multiple luxury design projects from concept through completion, ensuring seamless execution while maintaining our firm's high standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has
exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively . Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead and manage multiple interior design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Client & Vendor Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, architects, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project. Scheduling:
Develop and manage schedules to meet deadlines. Site Supervision:
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure design integrity is maintained. Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, invoices, schedules, and client updates. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with designers and support staff to execute design concepts seamlessly. Qualifications:
3+ years of experience
in interior design project management, preferably in the luxury design sector. Strong knowledge of
construction processes, materials, and finishes
preferred but can be trained. Exceptional
organizational and time management skills
with the ability to juggle multiple projects. Ability to work with DESIGN SMART SOFTWARE. Excellent
verbal and written communication skills —must be confident in liaising with high-end clientele and industry professionals. Ability to
problem-solve under pressure
and adapt to shifting project demands. Strong ability to create
vendor and contractor relationships . Passion for luxury interior design and an eye for detail. What We Offer:
