Candidates

must

be based out of one of these locations below, near one of our client’s offices, and agree to being onsite at one of our client offices on their first day, possibly their first week, and as business needs require going forward. (Primarily remote with no set hybrid work schedule)

What You’ll Do

Consult with internal clients to understand business objectives and develop strategic design solutions.

Collaborate with art directors, creative directors, and cross-disciplinary teams to execute compelling design ideas.

Lead the conceptualization and execution of designs for corporate marketing (social and paid), events, and business communications.

Develop and co-develop creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts to effectively communicate persuasive and inclusive design ideas.

Design clear and visually compelling pitches and presentations that align with strategic goals.

Coach, lead, and mentor creative project team members, providing constructive feedback to achieve project vision.

Act as a project manager for assigned projects, creating timelines and estimates to align with internal client budgets.

Exhibit strong business acumen, staying abreast of industry trends to create innovative design solutions.

Manage multiple projects, prioritize milestones, and influence clients and design colleagues to deliver desirable solutions within timeframes and budget.

Initiate and successfully engage in creative ideation sessions and design sprints.

Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

A compelling digital portfolio showcasing outstanding conceptual thinking and design skills, with a strong emphasis on marketing campaigns.

Five-plus years of experience as a senior graphic designer.

Proven experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed agency or in‑house team environment, developing a wide range of creative initiatives.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation software.

Strong knowledge and skills in designing for presentations, video/animation storyboards, social and paid campaigns, and marketing collateral.

Exceptional ability to understand client vision through active listening, advanced communication, and diplomacy with business partners, project owners, managers, and internal team members.

Demonstrated ability to work within established brand guidelines while delivering impactful design that supports client vision, story, and business objectives.

Proficiency in developing creative briefs, mood boards, and image boards.

Ability to strategize and lead ideation sessions with creative colleagues and clients.

Sound business acumen, with the ability to adapt and collaborate effectively with client‑serving professionals.

Advanced technical understanding of digital media and print design, both in‑house and with external vendors.

Willingness to embrace administrative responsibilities such as project management and internal client communications alongside creative development and design.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Knowledge or experience within the financial services industry.

Experience in creating proposals.
