Collaborate with Principal in Charge (PIC) and/or Sr. Project Managers to understand and solve client design goals Develop solutions to design obstacles Coordinate project designs Prepare presentation materials and participate in design presentations to clients through the course of the project Collaborate with the in-house project team and others to develop the design and maintain design integrity during DD, CD, and CA phases Develop designs that respond to a client’s program, budget, and schedule requirements Play a strategic role in advancing the quality of design in the firm Maintain a functional knowledge of current building and zoning codes Oversee/mentor Project Designers and staff interested in design Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university A portfolio that demonstrates a strong design aptitude Experience with multi-family and mixed-use projects preferred Professional licensure preferred Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software Revit experience is required Minimum 5 years of professional experience Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills Ability to interact positively with others, to solve problems, and to constructively communicate those solutions Benefits and information
