Responsibilities
Large- and small-scale project work associated with modeling and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain.
Use optimization and simulation to identify actionable insights to improve home delivery network performance (territory design, delivery frequency, constraint management).
Partner with the final mile routing team to deliver data-driven recommendations that optimize final mile routing and route efficiency.
Support the development of repeatable data workflows using analytical tools such as Qlik, Alteryx and Tableau.
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical groups across Final Mile, Transportation, Finance, Distribution, Inventory, and Engineering.
Location The Supply Chain Design Analyst position is located in Olive Branch, MS.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Transportation/Logistics, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related work experience.
0-2 years of experience with software tools such as Qlik, Alteryx, Tableau, and Coupa/LLamasoft/Optilogic tools.
Ability to transform large data into actionable insights and develop data models from multiple source systems.
General knowledge of domestic transportation, distribution operations and final mile delivery.
Ability to analyze current processes and recommend solutions; effective communication with leadership and external providers.
Preferred
Advanced degree with emphasis in data analytics.
Knowledge of optimization principles and how they are applied using software packages in Network Optimization, Sales and Operational Planning, or Cost-to-Serve Analysis.
Knowledge of SQL and Python.
Physical Requirements
Able to bend, reach, squat, climb stairs/ladder.
