Come work as a Contents Project Manager with a growing restoration company. The Contents Project Manager works in homes and commercial buildings where a disaster has happened. The Contents team takes care of cleaning items that might be damaged by water, fire, mold, or smoke. Items that can be are removed and brought to our warehouse for a deep clean and restoration process. As the Contents Project Manager you will manage the restoration of both residential and commercial contents.

Our Contents Project Manager position will be on the front lines of restoring the community by leading others to complete projects on budget and to the industry standard.

What does a Contents Project Manager with Paul Davis do?

Manage contents jobs to clean Items that are brought to the facility

Coordinate the cleaning of items from fire/smoke damage - deodorization, pack-outs, and securing structure

Properly document items during the pack-out process

Be respectful of customers home, time, and property

Meet operational objectives of sales, gross margin, and brand experience

Track metrics during bi-weekly goal setting

Confirm budget and work orders before the start of the project

Ensure compliance with standards and regulations

Build partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesman

Work in indoor and outdoor conditions

On-call monthly rotation

Job Requirements

Restoration/Mitigation industry experience a must

IICRC certifications highly desired

Degree

Pass a background check and drug screening

Current/valid drivers license

Able to lift 75 lbs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Extremely organized
