About the Opportunity We are seeking full-time Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives for primary care (specialty/entry level) to enhance brand awareness, drive business development, and increase sales. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and enjoy client interaction.
This role involves lead generation, customer service, and client acquisition to foster lifelong customer relationships. It offers opportunities for career growth, including campaign management, client expectation oversight, staff training, and leadership roles. You will manage a client portfolio, assist with healthcare contracts, and support practice management needs. Training and bonuses are available, and familiarity with tablets, computers, and Microsoft & Apple products is required.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage new clients, ensuring long-term retention
Become a healthcare expert for your client base
Assist clients in making informed decisions regarding medical agreements and healthcare costs
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and suppliers
Manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities
Perform other duties as reasonably requested
Experience and Skills
At least one year of sales or customer service experience
Proven ability to meet sales or customer satisfaction goals
Skill in acquiring and retaining clients
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
