In-Home Design Consultant (Sales Representative)
Creating a fresh solution to bath remodeling,
Floorworks & Blinds
offers a stylish, cost-effective, low-maintenance bath improvement to homeowners, including those with accessibility needs. We are committed to quality and workmanship, manufacturing acrylic bath and shower solutions that meet high standards.
This full-time outside sales position involves developing relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. You are not responsible for generating your own leads; 80% of the initial work is completed through our rigorous pre-qualification process, ensuring you focus on selling.
Your responsibilities include:
Delivering our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad
Participating in weekly sales training sessions
Designing new baths using our proprietary iPad software
Closing sales and delivering prices daily
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Confidence and poise in public speaking
Ambition, self-motivation, and discipline
Ability to work independently
Outgoing and articulate personality
Previous sales experience preferred but not required
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Baton Rouge to Biloxi
Salary and Benefits:
Annual compensation typically ranges from $80,000 to $250,000 for committed team members
