Job Responsibilities
Run 2 prequalified warm leads/appointments daily (approximately 10 per week; appointment times may vary based on customer availability)
Work 5 days a week, with a minimum of 3 Saturdays per month
Provide detailed and clear customer expectations from consultations to set all parties up for success
Attend 2 in-person sales meetings per month
Encourage and support the entire team
Protect the company’s interests
Requirements
In-Home/Outside sales experience
Bathroom remodeling experience is a plus
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent computer skills — MS Office, database management, iPad fluency, Google Drive knowledge, etc.
Driver’s license required
Compensation & Benefits
100% Commission-based position after 2 weeks of paid onboarding/training
Potential to earn $125,000 - $300,000 per year
Bonus incentives once monthly volume thresholds are reached
After 90 days of employment, 50% company health insurance stipend
