In-Home Design Consultant (Sales Representative)

Sales Representative
This is a full-time outside sales position. Your role is to develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. You are not responsible for generating your own leads, as 80% of the initial work is done through our rigorous pre-qualification process. Your main focus will be on selling, while we handle order processing and post-sale adjustments. You will need to learn our training and products within the first 90 days, deliver a proven sales presentation, and stay aligned with our training.
Primary job responsibilities include:
Delivering our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad
Participating in ongoing weekly sales training
Designing new baths using our proprietary iPad software
Delivering prices and closing sales daily
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Confidence in public speaking
Ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined
Ability to work independently
Outgoing and articulate in social settings
Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
Salary and Benefits:
Annual compensation ranges from $50k to $125k, based on performance with uncapped earning potential
