We are a manufacturer of acrylic bath and shower solutions, with a reputation for quality and workmanship across our product lines. Sales Representative A part time / full-time outside sales 1099 position. Your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. You are not responsible for generating your own leads. Before your first interaction with prospective customers, 80% of the legwork is completed for you through our rigorous pre-qualification process, ensuring you are set up for success. Your primary focus is selling; we handle processing the order and after-sales changes. You will learn our training process and products within your first 90 days, deliver a proven sales presentation, and serve customers who truly need what we offer. Preference may be given to candidates with acrylic bathroom remodeling sales experience with companies such as Reborn, Dreamline, Rebath, Luxury Bath, Bathfitter, etc. Primary job responsibilities Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis during our meetings Design new bath on our proprietary iPad software Deliver price and close sales on a daily basis Qualifications Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline Ability to work independently Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings Previous sales experience preferred but not required
