We’re looking for an outgoing, driven Design Follow‑Up Consultant to join our Grand Rapids team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start or grow a sales career—with the stability of weekday hours, a base salary, and a clear path for advancement. What You’ll Do
Follow up with homeowners who have previously met with BathWorks Conduct in‑home and virtual consultations to review updated solutions Learn our proven design and sales process through hands‑on training Log activity, feedback, and results in Salesforce Build relationships and help customers take the next step toward their remodel What We’re Looking For
Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys helping people Organized and reliable with strong attention to detail Eager to learn and grow into a full design/sales career Comfortable traveling locally for customer appointments Why BathWorks of Michigan
