The Role
Lead and supervise the design team, providing technical guidance and mentoring
Oversee the development of detailed 3D models and 2D drawings for new products
Work on process and product improvements
Qualifications
Experience as a Drafter or Designer from a manufacturing or industrial background
Leadership traits and competency or prior leadership experience
Experienced with CAD Software such as SolidWorks
