
Junior Technical Designer, Suiting and Dress

$70,000 – $80,000 per year. Responsibilities
Maintain and update files (style development files, report templates, grade rules, etc.). Schedule structured jacket live fittings, prioritizing according to due date. Receive and log incoming samples. Create, maintain, and issue all technical reports from guideline to production approval through the PDM system, supervised by Tech Design staff. Copy or repeat styles for special markets and/or special sizes as needed. Maintain sample closet. Interact daily with Design and Production teams. Collaborate closely with the visual merchandising team to develop new packaging. Qualifications
College degree in Patternmaking or Technical Design. Minimum 3 years of Technical Design experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Computer proficiency with Excel, Illustrator, and PLM. Sewing skills; ability to work basic sewing or pressing equipment and structured materials. Benefits
