What You Will Experience In This Position

Lead and direct projects to ensure goals and objectives are met within designated time frames and budget.

Collaborate with project staff to assign duties, responsibilities, and define the scope of authority.

Provide technical advice to resolve project issues and improve team performance.

Train and mentor CAD Technicians to maintain Trachte design standards.

Develop project Bill of Materials, Shop Work Orders, and final production drawings for the shop.

Communicate resource and equipment needs to internal customers to meet production requirements.

Build, empower, and supervise team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Strive to build a workplace culture that is enjoyable, instills pride in the product, and focuses on customer happiness.

You Have

An Associate degree from a two‑year college or technical school or at least 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Ideally 2+ years of experience in CAD design.

Outstanding problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Strong attention to detail and effective communication in cross‑functional team settings facilitating problem resolution, and nurturing a welcoming work environment.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SolidWorks; SolidWorks Certification is preferred.
