About the Role We are seeking an individual with 3‑8 years of full‑time experience in an architectural office to join our Los Angeles team as a Project Designer. Applicants should have experience and a strong interest in retail‑focused projects.

Required Qualifications
B.Arch. or M.Arch. with 3‑8 years of experience in an architectural office.
Experience managing all aspects of high‑end retail projects, understanding their unique dynamics and parameters.
Demonstrated thoughtful design process with a focus on design‑forward solutions.
Experience crafting and managing high‑level organized drawing sets for DD & CD phases, resolving sophisticated custom detailing, and coordinating consultants and building systems.
Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; Revit experience is a plus.
Familiarity with building codes and obtaining agency approvals across varying U.S. jurisdictions.
Construction Administration experience and willingness to travel.
Experience leading and managing junior staff is a plus.
Ability to develop detailed, complex, organized 3D models; experience with Enscape rendering is a plus.
