Responsibilities
Interface with client and external partners
Travel as required for client development and project execution
Work on a variety of mechanical assignments supporting all phases of design including initial planning, feasibility, scope and concept development, detailed design, construction documentation, and construction administration
Assist with 3D modeling and design, conducting field investigations, performing red-to-black markup/review tasks, and producing discipline deliverables
Minimum Qualifications
Applicable Associate degree or technical trade school certification
0 to 3 years of experience required including field experience in either a design or construction capacity
Additional Qualifications
Basic proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD MEP is
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with implementing fundamental design aspects of HVAC, mechanical utility, and piping system design
Understanding of the applicable building codes, technical and design aspects of CRB’s market areas, and will be expected to work closely with architectural, engineering, and construction staff members to ensure assignments are completed accurately and efficiently
